I'm a venture builder, investor and systems thinker who has spent the last two decades dismantling one of business’s most cherished myths: that innovation is driven by ideas. As founder of System Two, I've built and backed companies across energy, healthcare, finance and technology, doubling revenues year after year and exiting multiple ventures. My work is grounded in practice, not theory — running experiments, killing bad assumptions early and replacing innovation theatre with evidence. I'm best known for my work on Deep Green.
